This week MSA are celebrating National Volunteer Week and one of our fantastic volunteers is Masters Swimming NSW’s Paul Slater.

You may have already had a look at our up to date Club records which are on this website. Please check them out, there may be some omissions, if so let me know. We will now keep them up to date, and endurance swims can also be counted as club records, so they will be added as well.

Endurance program underway

A keen group of Pirates has taken up the Endurance 1000 swimming challenge, starting last weekend. The Endurance program involves swimming distances of 400m, 800m, 1500m, 30minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour in all the different strokes. Continue reading “Endurance program underway”

Manly swim meet

There were 16 Pirates entered to swim in the first short course meet of the year, but unfortunately due to illness we only had 13 Pirates in the water, but that was enough for 3 great relays and heaps of good times on the day. Continue reading “Manly swim meet”
